Your Complimentary Discovery Session – Organizational Coaching

In your complimentary and confidential discovery session we will explore the specific challenges your organization is facing and what changes you feel are needed.

The process is easy and my guarantee is that you will learn something new, or as I like to say, make some discoveries. In our virtual session, we will discover your vision for your organization and what has prevented it from making the changes you now see as essential.

During our session, you can expect questions such as:

  • What is the outcome that you want?
  • How will it make a difference in your organization when you have achieved your outcome?
  • What do you anticipate these challenges are costing your organization now and will in the future?
  • How important is this for your organization to solve?

In this session I am focused on listening. My role is to heighten your own awareness around:

  • what your organization needs;
  • why it needs change;
  • what is preventing the organization from moving forward;
  • what it will take to move the organization from where it is today, to where you want it to be.

At the end of your discovery session, you will be in a position to decide whether engaging with me is the next best step for your organization.

Taking the next step

The keys to successful and sustainable change are finding the systems, support and accountability that work for you and for your organization. This is my commitment to you.

Together, we will set short term and longer- term goals. At the end of each goal period, we will evaluate where the organization is and how best to move forward.

The length of coaching programs vary, depending on the issues to be addressed and the goals to be achieved. Every organization is different.

If your organization is facing challenges and you’re not sure how to move forward, a complimentary discovery session can provide the clarity you’re looking for.
